Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For simple negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Liability for injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.

Governing law

German law applies. If you are a merchant, the place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of the operator.
