This website is an informational site for Reelmarshal, a local-first video production tool. We keep data collection to the minimum required to operate the site.

What we collect

We do not set tracking cookies and we do not run third-party analytics. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare, Inc.) processes technical server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) to deliver the site securely. This processing is based on Art. 6 (1) f GDPR (legitimate interest in operating a secure website). Logs are retained only as long as technically necessary.

Email contact

If you email us, we process your address and message content to answer your request (Art. 6 (1) b or f GDPR). We delete correspondence when it is no longer needed and no retention duty applies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The competent authority for us is the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA).
